We make every effort to present each item on our website as accurately as possible. However, dichroic glass is notoriously difficult to photograph. Furthermore, the images you see depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. Therefore slight variations in colour between the product images you see and the actual item may occur.
We accept online payments made with all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta.
• Order Online: To order an item simply click on the ‘Add to basket’ button. You can click on the cart icon to review the contents of your basket and to amend incorrectly chosen products. When you are happy with your selection click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
On-line transactions are processed through PAYPAL secure server.
The majority of the dichroic jewellery presented in these pages are one-off pieces, the one you see on screen is the one you will receive.
We aim to despatched items that are in stock within two working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) once full payment has been received.
Please note that in the case of eCheque payments items will only be shipped after funds have cleared from the sender’s account, which usually takes seven to nine working days.
Some of the items presented on this website are custom made to order, and we aim to despatch them within 10 working days, once full payment has been received. However in busy periods such as Christmas it might take up to 14-18 days to deliver custom made orders. In this case, however, you will be contacted to discuss delivery. This is the maximum delivery time. Most ‘made to order’ items will be despatched within 7 working days. If the order is urgent please inform us and we will try our best to accomodate your requirements.
In the case of the dichroic range please note that because of the nature of the dichroic glass each piece is one-of-a-kind, so the ‘made to order’ item you will receive may be slightly different to the one shown here. However, it will be as close as possible and the overall chosen colour will be mantained.
We have the following delivery options:
•“ FREE Standard Delivery”
If you choose this method your parcel will be sent using “2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For” service. Please note that goods are not insured for loss or damage in transit. Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
All orders totalling £25 or more qualify for FREE Standard UK delivery.
•“UK Special Delivery” Next Working Day:
If you’d like your order to be rushed to you, we can offer a next day delivery service (Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’). This service guarantees next day delivery and it includes insurance up to the value of £500. Please note: orders must be placed before 12.00 noon to guarantee same day shipping. Full details of cost will become apparent when you get to the checkout. This service is not available for deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Deliveries to non UK addresses will be sent with one of the following methods:
International AirMail. estimated Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days, depending on destinations.

We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an identical representation of the actual colour of the item.
We make every effort to make sure that each item sold via this website is manifactured to the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect conditions.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do operate a 14 day money back guarantee.
Please notify us by e-mail (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt so that we can give you a return number. The jewellery item must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us by recorded delivery (at customer expense) with all the original packaging material. We will then issue you with either a full refund, – excluding the original shipping costs – or allow you to exchange the item for something else should you wish so.
Please note that for hygienic reasons this guarantee does not apply to earrings.
Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of goods (including earrings) arriving to you in a faulty or damaged condition you must notify us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at our expense.
We are totally committed to protecting the personal privacy of people who shop at Aurora Lombardo Designs. The only information we collect about you is your name, e-mail address and postal address. This information is kept securely and only used to process your order and to contact you if necessary in order to provide you with the best possible service. Under no circumstances will your information be passed on to other companies or 3rd parties. Aurora Lombardo Designs does not store your credit or debit card details, since they’re securely transmitted to PayPal for processing, without us even seeing them.
