Delivery and Returns

All items will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment by Royal Mail Second Class recorded service. Processing time is 1-3 working days. Insurance is included up to a value of £50 GBP but delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed.

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from us. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do operate a 14 day money back guarantee. Please notify  us by e-mail (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt . The items returned must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us by recorded delivery with all the original packaging material (customer is responsible for the return postage charges) .

We will then either issue a full refund or arrange an exchange of the item for something else should you wish so. When refunding, the shipping costs on the original order are non refundable. Returns can not be excepted on personalised items unless damaged in transit or faulty.

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, earrings and earring findings are non-returnable. Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of goods (including earrings) arriving to you in a faulty or damaged condition you must notify us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement – whichever you prefer.

 If an item does not arrive within a reasonable time then please let us know.

Items for Sale—  We endeavour to keep all items listed here available for sale, but we do sell through different venues (other online platforms, crafts fairs, etc.) and this can, in some rare instances, lead to an item being sold prior to being able to update this shop. In such cases we will offer the customer a full refund, the option of waiting a few days whilst a replacement item is made, or the option of choosing an alternative item.
